ACI was selected as the Design Assist partner for the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes for this 180,000 SF renovation of the existing Doremus Gymnasium A. Scope includes indoor air-handling units, VAV systems, tie-ins to campus chilled/hot water, and domestic plumbing.

Through the Design Assist efforts, ACI was able to provide design input to reduce system costs ($500,000+), as well as constructability and schedule input.
