ACI was awarded the Design Assist for the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes for the construction of this 75,000 SF, 4-story nursing school and laboratory facility. The new building consists of research space, a clinical learning center, large classrooms, a 150-seat auditorium, and facility offices. This project consisted of installing DX rooftop units, VAV with electric heat and DDC controls. ACI completed this project in January  2007.
