PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ACI was awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes for the 4th, 5th, and Penthouse floors of Sanger Hall. The Penthouse consisted of a new air handler, steam station, and echaust fan on the roof.
During renovation, this remained an active building, which caused this project to be broken out in 4 sequences.
