Atlantic Constructors was selected as Construction Manager for construction of this 100 TPD Dry Ice Plant at the Delaware City Refinery in the Wilmington area.

This plant included seven Nugget Machines, one Block Press Machine, 20 T Storage Tank, continuous gas feed lines and a recovery process skid enclosed in a central building. The site was developed to provide for truck fill operations to serve regional and national demand.

Six Nugget Machines produced 1,500 LB/HR and one Nugget Machine produced 3,000 LB/HR. Atlantic Constructors provided prefabrication and assembly services relative to the modular CO2 Recovery Process Skids that are central to compression, liquefication and purification of the raw CO2 gas.

Primary trades and services on site related to the process building, civil, electrical, mechanical and site development were subcontracted.
