ACI was selected as the electrical contractor for the Monticello Diary in Charlottesville, VA. This project consisted of 97,335 SF of electrical work with an added 3-story office space on the backside and a parking garage underneath. The building consists of 19 electrical panels, 7-high to low voltage transformers, and 1-3,000-amp main switchgear. The building has a Lutron Vive networked lighting system featuring natural light adjustments with energy-efficient automatic demand response.

Also, ACI installed a full fire alarm system and an extensive site lighting package.
