ACI was selected to replace two Trane Chillers with two new 600 ton York chillers and a new cooler tower on the LewisGale Hospital’s roof in Montgomery County, VA. The original scope of work called for the chiller replacement to be one at a time by keeping one old chiller operational while using one temporary chiller.

ACI came up with a game plan to remove both chillers at once and use two temporary chillers which cut the construction schedule down, ultimately saving the owner time and money.

Project was completed on time and in budget.
