ACI was selected as the Design-Assist partner for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for this new state-of-the-art 250,000 SF manufacturing facility located in Daleville, VA. The entire facility is heated and cooled using a central heated and chilled water system with rooftop air handling units. In addition, ACI installed the process compressed air and water piping systems.

This project began in June 2017 and was ready for partial production in January 2018. The entire facility was completed in April 2018.
