For this 420,000 SF Regional Medical Center, ACI served as HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas Contractor. In addition, ACI worked closely with the Design team to help reduce costs, make suggestions for construction, and ensure adherence to the overall project schedule.

The mechanical system consisted of a 2400 ton chilled water plant, 6975 GPM cooling tower, and custom air handling units totaling 620,000 CFM. The hot water reheat system totaled 50,212 MBH.
