ACI was awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of the Bon Secours Medical Hospital FSED Project, located in Ashland, VA. The new freestanding emergency department imaging center is a single-story building, covering 16,400 square feet.

The mechanical systems included one rooftop unit (RTU), four split systems, thirty-six variable air volume (VAV) systems, seven exhaust fans (EFs), and two humidifiers to support ventilation, temperature control, and humidity requirements. The plumbing scope included associated plumbing fixtures to serve the facility’s domestic water and sanitary needs.
